Activalues Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recognizes the importance of personal information and related information, and establishes and thoroughly enforces the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the various services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").

  • To provide and operate the Service.
  • To improve and enhance the quality of the Services.
  • To respond to inquiries regarding the Services.
  • To provide information about this Service and conduct surveys, campaigns, and other related activities.
  • To record call content and manage customer interaction logs.
  • To record information acquired through the email integration feature and manage customer interaction logs.
  • To automate customer support operations using AI and provide related functions for accommodation facilities and other businesses using this Service.
  • To provide information to accommodation facilities and other businesses using this Service.
  • For other purposes incidental to the above purposes of use.

Recordings, Email Data, and AI Usage

In connection with this Service, the Company may collect and process call-related data, including Privacy Information, and information obtained through the email integration function, and may provide various AI-powered features.

These activities are carried out for the purposes of providing the Service, improving service quality, managing customer interaction logs, and providing information to businesses using the Service.

The Company will not use any Personal Information contained within such data for the training of its generative AI models; provided, however, that this restriction shall not apply to the use of statistical or anonymously processed information that has been rendered incapable of identifying any specific individual.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company will not provide Privacy Information to third parties without obtaining the user's prior consent, except as provided by laws and regulations.
However, the Company may access and disclose Privacy Information to third parties in the following cases:

  • The Company implements access controls and other necessary security management measures regarding the acquired Privacy Information.
  • When a user completes the procedure to discontinue the use of the Service, the Company shall delete or anonymize Privacy Information as necessary.
  • Upon termination of the Service, Privacy Information shall be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law.

Retention Period of Personal Information

The Company retains acquired Privacy Information only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and shall delete such information by appropriate methods when it is no longer required.

Requests for Notification of Purpose of Use, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.

Upon receiving a request from an individual regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of third-party provision, or notification of the purpose of use of their Personal Information, the Company will respond appropriately in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations, following the verification of the requester's identity.

The Company will appropriately review the operational status regarding the handling of Privacy Information, strive for continuous improvement, and may modify this Policy as necessary. The revised Privacy Policy will be published on this site at any time.
